What we do

Services for attached houses and small buildings

We start with an inspection of the whole house, the party wall included, and write a scope before any work.

  • Mice and rats

Steel mesh and sealant in every opening we find, then traps where they're needed.

    Mice and rats
  • Roaches and ants

We find the trail or the hiding place first, treat it, and close what lets them travel.

    Roaches and ants
  • Bed bugs

Inspection of the unit and the units that share its walls. We don't promise a one-visit result.

  • Wasps and hornets

Nests under cornices and porch roofs. We say what a ladder can reach and what needs a lift.

  • Cellar pests

Silverfish, earwigs and crickets, and what's drawing them to the damp.

  • Rental buildings

Two to six units with a scope for each, and notices that tenants can read.

Recurring service

How a recurring plan works

Not every house needs one. Mice are usually a one-time sealing and a check. A plan fits houses that get ants, roaches or cellar pests every year.

  • An inspection first

A full look at the house and the wall, and a written scope that says which visits you'd get.

  • Visits on a calendar

Most row homes do well with a visit each season in the first year and fewer after that. The scope says how many.

  • The note stays current

If a neighbor's house changes hands, or a unit turns over, we update the note and the openings list.

  • You can stop any time

Cancel by text or email before the next visit. Nothing is owed for a visit that hasn't happened.

Not on our list

Jobs we send somewhere else

  • Raccoons, squirrels and bats

We don't do wildlife. Many are protected, and removal has its own rules and its own specialists.

  • Termite treatment

We look for signs at every visit. If we see them, we say so in writing and suggest a termite specialist.

  • Commercial kitchens and large buildings

We work in homes and in buildings of up to six units.

  • Masonry, plaster and plumbing

We find the openings and seal them against pests. A mason or a plumber repairs the wall or the pipe.
