Questions

Questions we get on the first call

How much does pest control cost?

It depends on the house, and we don't quote by phone. What decides it is on the home page: how many openings, how hard they are to reach, and whether the neighbor joins. The price is written, after the visit, before any work.

How often do I need service?

Mice are usually a one-time sealing and a check. Ants, roaches and cellar pests may come back each year, and a recurring plan can fit those. Most homes do well with a visit each season in the first year.

Is it safe for kids and pets?

Licensed applicators follow the label on every product. We tell you where to keep children and pets away, and for how long, and we give you the product list if you ask. Where sealing and traps solve it, we use those first.

How long until I see results?

Most houses are quiet within a couple of weeks of the sealing. It varies, and it depends on the other side of the wall.

Do I need to be home?

An adult needs to let us in, show us the cellar and the attic, and hear what we found. For a landlord, we need notice to the tenant and the owner's signature.

What if the pests come back?

If the same pest returns to an area we treated or sealed, within 90 days of the last visit, we come back at no charge. The terms and exclusions are on your written scope. They don't cover a new opening or work by someone else.

Do you offer a no-contract option?

Yes. Most visits are one-time, with a follow-up. A recurring plan is optional, and you can stop it by text or email before the next visit.

Do you handle termites?

We look for signs at every visit. Termite treatment is a separate service that we don't do. If we see signs, we say so in writing and suggest a termite specialist. A report is not a promise either way.

What if my neighbor won't cooperate?

We still seal your side. We note on your scope which openings face next door, so you know what to watch. We can't promise the mice stay out if the other side stays open.

Where do you serve, and when can you come?

Philadelphia and the near edge of Delaware County. We take calls Monday to Saturday, and we visit on weekdays and Saturday mornings.
